Sorin’s scholastic achievements would continue when he won a scholarship to the National Art Academy. While in school he studied hard and grew as an artist, ultimately receiving the highest honor, a Master’s in Fine Art. After completing his academic work, Sorin began his professional art career by painting backdrops for the National Opera House before becoming an art director in the movie business, where his realistic scenery added layers of storytelling and authentic emotions to films.
