Nicole Gourdon
1947–
Nicole Gourdon was born in 1947 at Saint Cyr L’école (Yvelines). She is a self-taught artist and has been painting for more than 30 years. In her work she searches for a small rural patch, full of light. Gardens of shimmering colors that vibrate in her painting allow her imagination to become reality. She earned the prestigious Medal of Commander of order of “Etoile de l’Europe” in 1999 and received “The Painters Cotation” from 1995 to 1999. Her oil paintings are in private collections throughout the world.
