Four months ago, The Times Online asked its readers to cast their votes for the greatest artist working since 1900. The 1.4 million votes were tallied, and a list of the top 200 artists of the 20th century to the present was posted. The winner, with a total of 2,1587 votes – Pablo Picasso!
